About Me

Hello and welcome!
I’m a 30-year-old psychologist with a strong background in both professional practice and personal therapy. My journey of inner work has been a cornerstone of who I am—because as we say in our field, “there are no psychologists without their own inner work.”

With a heartfelt belief in the power of compassionate companionship, I aim to be that supportive presence by your side as you navigate life’s transitions.

My Background:

  • Immigrant with over 10 years of experience adapting to new cultures.
  • Deeply empathetic toward those adjusting to new environments and life transitions.
  • Personal experience inspires my genuine and non-judgmental support.

My Therapeutic Approach

I believe self-care is essential, not optional. My work is rooted in providing a nurturing, open space where clients—especially women—can feel safe, seen, and supported.

Who I Work With:

  • Primarily women seeking space for reflection, healing, and growth.
  • Men in need of emotional support during their personal journeys.
  • Families of military personnel, providing tailored support and education.
