This series of mental health masterclasses was developed to support staff in long-term care with practical tools and emotional insight for managing the demands of caregiving and workplace stress. Each session combined education, guided reflection, and interactive strategies to strengthen emotional resilience, communication, and team dynamics. The content was trauma-informed and specifically tailored to the realities of caregiving roles, helping participants build healthier coping skills and a stronger sense of personal and professional balance. The workshops also encouraged connection among team members, fostering a supportive space for shared learning, discussion, and growth.

Roots & Wings: Cultivating Confidence and Growth

Group sessions are held in collaboration with the Ukrainian National Federation (Wellness Program project). These sessions offer participants a safe and supportive environment to reconnect with their inner resources and potential. Through coaching techniques such as metaphorical cards and reflective questions, participants are guided through a process of self-discovery and insight. They are introduced to effective coaching tools aimed at improving time management, reducing fear of action, developing a meta-position, and setting clear, achievable goals. The sessions help participants identify and release internal blocks that may be limiting their progress. As a result, many participants report feeling more emotionally balanced, confident, and ready to take meaningful steps toward self-realization and personal growth.

Life Stories – Connecting Generations

In collaboration with: Joint Distribution Committee (JDC-Israel)

This intergenerational project brought together over 100 community members, including 30+ seniors and university students, to co-create personal life story presentations. Organized by the Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), the project began with a large inspiration event to engage seniors and families. Participants worked in pairs to create multimedia presentations honoring life experiences, values, and cultural milestones. The final family event celebrated legacy and deepened intergenerational understanding.

Mandala Journey: From Emotion to Expression

In collaboration with: CUIAS Immigrant Services

This three-session workshop was designed as a therapeutic space for gentle emotional work, stress reduction, and reconnecting with inner strength through creativity. Participants explored their emotional states, learned to recognize and process their feelings in a safe and supportive environment. The symbolism of mandalas, guided meditation, intention-setting, and dot art techniques served as tools for self-discovery and inner healing. Each session carried the message that an artist is not someone who creates perfection, but someone who dares to truly see themselves.

Emotional Awareness for Personal Growth

In Collaboration with: UA in Canada Club

This engaging event was dedicated to the Ukrainian youth community, focusing on the importance of understanding and embracing one’s emotions as a powerful tool for self-growth and development.

Through an interactive presentation, participants were encouraged to recognize their emotional landscape, accept their feelings without judgment, and learn how to use emotions in an ecological and constructive way. The session emphasized how emotional awareness can become a source of strength, clarity, and direction on the path to personal development.
