- DBT-informed skills
- Regression and hypnotherapy (internationally certified)
- Meditation, grounding, and guided visualization
- Culturally sensitive and strengths-based frameworks
At StarMind Therapy, our team also offers wellness coaching for clients without extended health benefits — making support more accessible to all.
In addition to one-on-one therapy, I regularly lead and co-facilitate group therapy programs and masterclasses on topics such as emotional regulation, trauma healing, adaptation, parenting, and self-development. These sessions are designed to create space for community, shared experience, and practical tools for everyday life.
