About Me
I believe that in the most difficult moments of life, a person shouldn’t be left alone. There needs to be someone who can listen with empathy, offer support, and gently guide — without judgment or pressure. Often, our loved ones may not know how to support us, or they themselves are overwhelmed by the situation. That’s where helping professionals come in.
My journey in this field began in Ukraine, where I worked as a trauma therapist and university psychology lecturer for nearly two decades. Today, I support clients in Canada as a Mental Wellness Coach, blending deep emotional work with practical, body-based tools. I help individuals process fear, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges — always with care, presence, and deep respect for their unique path. In our space, clients find acceptance, calm, and genuine human connection — the foundation for healing and resilience.
Areas of Focus
- Anxiety & chronic worry
- Trauma recovery (including war-related trauma)
- Relationship issues
- Emotional resilience
- Nervous system regulation
- Personal growth & confidence building
I work with adults and youth, and have experience supporting educators, veterans, seniors, and young families.
Modalities & Approach
My approach is rooted in compassion and connection. I use resource-oriented techniques to help clients find inner calm, strength, and confidence. These include body-based relaxation, mindfulness, creative expression, and elements of schema therapy. I integrate my trauma training and coaching tools to meet each person where they are — offering not just insight, but grounding, clarity, and hope.
I believe that healing is possible in a safe and accepting environment — and that every person holds within them a deep well of resilience.

A Bit About Me
Before moving to Canada, I taught psychology at Ushynsky University in Odesa (2005–2024) and worked for 12 years in a private early development center for children. I also supported vulnerable communities as a psychologist at a social services center.
For over 10 years, I have been a dedicated volunteer, working closely with military personnel and displaced individuals. My volunteer experience has deepened my understanding of the challenges faced by these groups and strengthened my commitment to supporting their well-being.
I am committed to continuous professional development, regularly engaging in personal therapy and receiving supervision to ensure I am providing the highest quality support to my clients. This ongoing growth helps me stay grounded and effective in my practice.
In my personal life, I cherish quiet moments, creativity, and nature. I care for others by caring for myself too — through movement, art, and connecting with loved ones.
