What to Expect
Free First Consultation
We offer a free 30-minute phone consultation with any therapist or coach on our team. It’s a no-pressure space to ask questions, explore fit, and decide if it’s the right path for you.
Session Length
Sessions range from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your needs and goals.
We typically recommend 60-minute consecutive sessions for the most effective therapeutic progress.
Each session includes 10 minutes reserved for clinical documentation.

- Sessions start at $60, and go up to $125 for 45 minutes
- 60-minute sessions are recommended for most clients for the most impact
- Longer sessions (75 or 90+ minutes) are also available for deeper work
